The Hopkinton School Committee will meet tonight at 7:00 PM at the Hopkinton High School auditorium. This is an opportunity for members of the public to weigh in on the proposed FY2024 budget.

Separately, the Hopkinton teachers and parents have planned a rally beginning at 6:30 PM to protest the proposed budget cuts.

“Teachers, like a boiled frog, have been asked to do more with less for years, and have finally begun to speak out.  The new budget does not add any front line staff to help with our exploding growth.  Instead, more administrators are being proposed, as well as cuts to therapies in special education,” said Jennifer Halliday.
