On Saturday, February 25, Hopkinton Senior Sean Golembiewski was crowned the MIAA State champion in the Boys indoor 55 meter hurdles. Golembiewski was ranked #1 coming in to the MIAA Meet of Champions, which was held at the Reggie Lewis Center in Roxbury.

Across four heats and 32 competitors, Golembiewski bested all with a time of 7.60. He remained undefeated this season, and next goes on to compete in the New Balance Indoor Nationals on March 9.
