Mary was just one kind soul. So much a family lady for her wonderful husband, kids and grandkids along with great grand kids. She was always so proud of them. I enjoyed many of our visits at PPP, Dunroamin, and her home. She was a very intelligent and so knowledgeable that she shared. I totally enjoyed listening to her. I could talk to her about anything and get advise I trusted her so much to open up to her for her wonderful advise. I miss our phone calls very much. She was taken away from all of us who knew her too early in my eyes. ❤️ and miss you Mary
Mary was a very good friend of our family and she served the Town of Hopkinton proudly for decades. I’ve never heard a negative word about her come out of anyone’s mouth. I will miss getting her occasional phone calls and would always drop what ever I was doing to take them. Usually she was calling to make sure I was voting or asking where I stood on a certain subject matter. Usually by the end of our conversation I’d be in tears because Mary would tell me how proud she was and how proud she knew my parents were of my accomplishments. I will never forget Mary and will always have her in my heart.
RIP, Mary, Our Prayers and Thoughts are with the Harrington Family.
I agree with the other Comments, plus she did so much for Hopkinton!
Hopefully our Town Government feels the same way.
I remember very enjoyable conversations with Mary, and Danny, in the old days, at the ‘Great Brown and Smiths’.
God Bless!
