Please join the HHS Girls Varsity Hockey Team on Saturday, January 11th, at 4 PM at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough as they host an Ovarian Cancer Awareness Fundraiser Game. There will be generous raffle prizes, lots of baked goods, and a 50/50 raffle drawing.
All proceeds raised during the event go to the girlygirl P.A.R.T.S Foundation and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
Since its inception, girlygirl P.A.R.T.S has raised over a million dollars to help fund ovarian cancer research. P.A.R.T.S is an acronym that stands for Pre-screening Awareness Required to Silence… ovarian cancer. All money raised goes towards Dana-Farber’s Director of Gynecological Oncology, Dr. Ursula Matulonis’ work to develop effective pre-screening tools for ovarian cancer.
The team is excited to see you there to support this important cause and to enjoy their game against Dedham!
