HopNews shared a video created by Peter Thomas on September 11 last year. As we observe the anniversary of that tragic day, this video gives us an opportunity to reflect once again on where we were and all that we lost.

Twenty-three years ago today the United States was struck by unspeakable tragedy. It is a moment seared into our collective memory. In the days that followed there were many flags and signs that read “NEVER FORGET”, but they seem superfluous now; we could never forget, even if we wanted to.
