  • On January 10, CS of Framingham was arrested on charges of:
    • Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle
    • Speeding in violation of special regulation
    • Straight warrant arrest
  • On January 12, AS of Uxbridge was arrested on charges of:
    • Operating under the influence – liquor

January 6

  • Malborough PD requested assistance reaching a resident regarding an incident that occurred in their town.
  • Caller reported his son lost his backpack. It had his computer for school in it.
  • Walk-in turned in a wallet she found while traveling out of state. The owner of the wallet was contacted.
  • Officer Quinzani removed debris from South St.
  • Walk-in reported a traffic complain regarding people not stopping at the stop sign on Kimball Rd.
  • Caller reported she locked herself out of her house. A locksmith responded and assisted in opening the door, however, the owner refused to pay for the locksmith’s services due to damage to the door.

January 7

  • 911 caller reported a chimney fire.
  • The State PD was notified of debris on I-495.
  • 911 caller reported she witnessed a man fall by CVS. He looked to have had trouble getting up. The man declined medical attention.
  • Officer Cifuentes provided guidance to a man regarding an issue he was having with his ex-girlfriend.
  • Caller reported a suitcase in the middle of Hayden Rowe St.

January 8

  • Officer Proctor spoke with a caller about their concern for a dog that was left outside in the cold. The owner of the dog was contacted.
  • A Price Chopper employee dropped off a bag of IDs to be destroyed.

January 9

  • Caller reported suspicious activity from the previous night. She stated she heard someone on her deck and then found her car egged in the morning.
  • Officer Ziniti responded to a report of possible vandalism to a home on Oakhurst Rd. The windows appeared to have been shot at with a BB gun.
  • Caller requested to speak with an officer regarding an altercation her 16 year old son was involved in.

January 10

  • Officer Cappuccio secured a gate to a utility building on Pratt Way.
  • Officer Beloin removed an object from College St.
  • Caller wishes to make the Hopkinton PD aware of an incident that happened in another town that may concern his property. He was given advice.
  • Officers Van Raalten and Walker assisted a disabled vehicle on Grove St. by getting gas.
  • Caller reported a missing cat. Animal control was notified.
  • Caller reported a found dog on E Main St. The owner was contacted and picked up the dog.
  • Walk-in asked questions regarding restraining orders.
  • Officer Buentello assisted two parties with non-firearm related fingerprints.
  • 911 caller reported a parking complaint on Elm St. Officer Buentello responded and found no hazards at the time.
  • Walk-in reported a lost firearm and ammo.
  • 911 caller reported an erratic operator on Hayden Rowe St. They were issues a verbal walking for using electronics while driving.

January 11

  • Caller reported a vehicle hit their mailbox and took off.
  • Passerby reported a car hit a tree on W Main St. Officer Buentello responded.
  • Walk-in reported fraud.
  • Caller reported her car was stuck on her friend’s brick wall.

January 12

  • Walk-in reported that she was a victim of fraud.
  • Multiple calls reported a man hitch hiking in the middle on Hayden Rowe St. Another caller reported the man was picked up in a different vehicle.
  • Caller reported a couple of children skating on ice by Legacy Farms N.
  • Caller reported a female operator asleep at a stop sign. Officers responded and breathalyzed the operator. She was arrested for operating under the influence.
