Hopkinton High School held its first talent show in several years on Thursday. It was a successful group effort that integrated dancing, singing, comedy, hula hooping, and more into an enjoyable evening that helped fund Student Council. The audience of high school students particularly enjoyed the much-needed break from the midterm preparations.
“It’s an opportunity to express myself among a group of people. This is a culmination of our skills as a school,” said Ava Pappalardo.
“It means that you can show your true self with talent—which comes in all forms,” added Karen Tang, whose standup comedy act was a crowd pleaser.
