The HHS Boys Varsity Soccer advanced to the semifinals last night after defeating Wayland in penalty kicks. Midfielder Jack Green netted a goal off a header in the first half, tying the game at 2-2. The teams played to a stalemate through two overtime periods, forcing them into a penalty shootout. The Hillers converted all five of their penalties, while Senior goalkeeper Max Nye stopped Wayland’s second shot. The Hillers next face Bedford Tuesday night for a shot at the finals.
