This movement class is designed for adults with with cognitive and developmental disabilities and/or ASD to express themselves through their unique style of movement.
Each class incorporates stretching, balancing, as well as learning new movements that travel across the floor. Inspired by a variety of pop, folk and rap music, students will learn how to create their own dance sequences along with working on memory skills by learning choreography. This fun, active and engaging class is sure to get the heart rate up! All are welcome and no dance experience is necessary to participate.
Please note: The HCA does not provide support services during this program. If you or your student typically requires support or a 1:1 assistant, we require that the parent/caregiver/aide remain for the class to assist.

If registering with a support person/aide, please indicate 2 in the quantity field below. “Registrant 1” is the aide; “Student Information” is the class participant.
