The HCA’s Hopkins School Early Release Workshop 9/13/24
Our early release programs encourage creative expression. Our goals are to encourage life-long learning, develop and promote self-expression, and challenge students to develop their own ideas and ultimately communicate them through the arts.
Clay Creations: Animals Acting Like People
Use your imagination and get your hands dirty with clay! Make and decorate your favorite animal and create it out of clay doing one of your favorite activities, think penguins at the beach, pandas playing soccer, elephants playing with toys! items of your own design that will be fired and ready for pick up three weeks after the class.
Please note: A free walk-up service will be provided to our ceramics studio at 34 Hayden Rowe. Parents pick-up their child at 34 Hayden Rowe. Children will either be picked up directly from Hopkins Elementary and walked to 34 or, for those in Middle School, please come to 98 Hayden Rowe after school and we will walk everyone down for the 1:30 start time.
