James G. Pyne, 82, of Hopkinton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 22, 2024. Born in Framingham, he was the son of the late Margaret (Walick) and Joseph Pyne. He was the husband of 56 years to Bev Pyne of Hopkinton. Jim was a proud lifelong resident of Hopkinton.
Sandra Lee Celozzi, 78, of Framingham and formerly Hopkinton, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, December 16, 2024. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Amalia “Molly” (Riga) and John J. Celozzi.
Irving H. Titus, 91, of Hopkinton, passed away at home on June 29, 2024. Born in Nova Scotia, he moved to Hopkinton in the 1950s and retired in the 1990s. Survived by daughters Deborah and Darlene, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, he was a devoted family man and loved by many.
Nancy Ann Bozyczko, 72, of Hopkinton, passed away on June 24, 2024. She was known for her deep family devotion and love of cooking. Survived by her husband Frank, children, grandchildren, and brother, Nancy will be remembered for her warmth and lasting impact on those who knew her.
Carol Ann (Porrazzo) Zani, aged 80 of Uxbridge, passed away peacefully at Milford Regional Medical Center on June 22, 2024, after a recent illness. Born in Framingham, she lived in Hopkinton and was deeply involved in her community and church. She is survived by her four daughters and grandchildren.
Melissa Jane (Clark) Dickinson, formerly of Hopkinton, passed away from Glioblastoma on June 10, 2024, in Bethesda, MD. Born in 1975, she was a graduate of James Madison University and worked in accounting. Melissa married Nicholas Dana Dickinson and had two daughters. She was an avid athlete, beloved friend, and dedicated mother.
Margaret M. Pomeroy, 81, of Hopkinton, passed away on June 10, 2024, at UMass Medical Center. Widow of Lawrence Pomeroy, she served as a eucharistic minister and worked as a realtor. Survived by her son William, daughter-in-law Melissa, granddaughters Anastasia and Natalie, and sister Dorothy Steves.
Sarah Lothrop Duckett of Hopkinton has passed away, leaving behind three children and several grandchildren. A prominent community figure, she founded the Hopkinton Independent and was active in local committees, including the library. She received the Hopkinton Chamber of Commerce Distinguished Service Award in 2019 for her community contributions.
Linda Wright Robison, 81, of Hopkinton, passed away on May 29, 2024, after battling cancer. Survived by her husband, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and great-grandchild, she was an accomplished singer and musician. A Memorial service will be held on June 6th, with donations suggested to the American Cancer Society.
Lenore Auslander, aged 89, of Framingham, formerly of Hopkinton, passed away recently. Raised in Brockton, she became an air hostess for TWA, encountering celebrities and adventure. Married twice, with five children, her life blended family devotion and careers in aviation and healthcare. Known for her generosity and spirit, Lenore's life of service and love for culture and family will be commemorated in a Fall service at Massachusetts National Cemetery.
