October 6, 2025, Hopkinton, MA — Registration for the 16th Annual Paws & Claws 5k presented by VCA Animal Hospitals is off to the races! This year’s event takes place on Sunday, October 19th, at the beautiful Hopkinton State Park. Baypath is thrilled that the community will come together again for this significant event.
The Baypath Paws & Claws 5K is one of Baypath’s most significant annual events, playing a crucial role in helping the organization fulfill its mission of caring for over 1,000 cats and dogs each year. Baypath is thrilled to have Unibank and Milford Nissan as our t-shirt sponsors this year!

The event proceeds will support Baypath Humane Society’s mission to provide shelter, care, humane treatment, and loving homes for stray or unwanted companion animals. Baypath supporters, volunteers, and attendees come together once a year for a night of fun to raise critical funds to support the general operations of our shelter. Those funds are necessary to help deliver top-notch adoption services, medical and behavioral care, and community education.

Online Registration Deadline
Online registration ends on Wednesday, October 15th, at 11:59 P.M. Same-day registration will begin at the Paws & Claws 5k at 9:00 A.M. on Sunday, October 19th. Any participants who have not yet registered for the race will be able to do so at that time.
