Dear Friends and Neighbors,
I hope this letter finds you all in good spirits in this holiday season. This Christmas, I want to take this opportunity to send my best wishes to all of you, and to thank you for making HopNews a part of your day.
This has been a year like no other and I know it has been a challenge for us all. Geopolitical events dominated the national news cycle, and we all felt the effects of inflation, even while COVID restrictions eased. Despite this, I am inspired by the way our community came together to support one another. From our local businesses, to our schools, and to our neighbors, we have all come together in times of need. When you have a moment, take a look at the Fundraising section; I think you’ll be amazed by all the important work the people of Hopkinton are doing.
It is now time to take a moment to reflect on the spirit of Christmas and the joy it brings. The holidays are a time for us to come together, to pause and to express our gratitude. I am thankful to be a part of such a wonderful community, and I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year!
