Please grab a friend and head to the middle school. If for nothing more, do it for the election workers. Those poor folks are bored out of their minds today. Be a friend; thank an election worker.

Low voter turnout means that your vote has more power. This is a chance to make a real impact in our community. Casting your vote takes a matter of minutes, but your decision to vote can last for years. More importantly, it influences local services, schools, and roads.

If you don’t vote, you’re ceding essential decisions to others, so take control and cast your ballot. Be the reason someone else votes; it demonstrates that the residents of Hopkinton care about our future.
