I’m writing to support my husband, Jeff Doyle, for the Select Board. 

As his wife, I’m lucky to know Jeff’s heart better than most. But for those who don’t, I’d like to share why I believe he’s the kind of person we need leading our town. Jeff knows Hopkinton inside and out—his connection spans generations. He doesn’t just love this town; he’s deeply passionate about honoring its past while helping shape its future. Jeff has always been proud of his family’s legacy here, from his father to his great-grandfather. One of his lifelong goals has been to ensure Hopkinton remains a town we’re proud to pass on to the next generation. 

From our very first date, I knew Hopkinton would be our home. Jeff’s love and pride for this town are part of his identity. And now, raising our family here, I see how important it is to have leaders who understand and care deeply about our history and future. 

Jeff is one of the best listeners I’ve ever met. He’s always eager to lend a helping hand, whether he’s helping in your yard, walking someone’s dog, or picking up packages for a neighbor. His kindness, humility, and sense of community are unmatched. 

Jeff is modest and dedicated. When he doesn’t know how to do something, he figures it out. He doesn’t elaborate on his charity involvement, but I will do so for him. Live4Evan is an incredible charity that provides housing for families of children undergoing treatment for congenital heart disease—an organization that means a great deal to Jeff and our family.

He wanted to make a big impact in fundraising for the organization and knew his best shot was to run in all the races in support of the organization. Jeff wasn’t a runner; he trained to be a runner to fundraise through 5 Ks in Hopkinton, frequent Falmouth Road Races, and ultimately trained immensely to run the Boston Marathon twice, raising $18–20K each marathon. 

I hope you’ll join me in supporting Jeff Doyle. He may not come from a political background, but he brings something far more important: deep care for our town, its people, and its future, as well as experience in business, sales, and finance.

Jeff is ready to listen, serve, and lead with heart.
