John McKay, formerly of Hopkinton, died Monday, October 24, 2022 in Hollywood, Florida. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late William and Sybil McKay.

John worked for many years as a chemist. He had a deep love for traveling and the arts.

He is survived by his special caregivers Robert and Elizabeth Arena, also of Hollywood. He is predeceased by his longtime partner Eugene Guerrrini.

Calling Hours will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. at the Callanan Cronin Funeral Home, located at 34 Church Street. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Parish. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery, Ashland.
