However, a pocket listing did transact, for a house that is well-known to many residents. Legacy Farms LLC sold the structure at 83 East Main Street to Chubb Road LLC of Framingham for $550,000. Developer Roy MacDowell has plans to build an open space mixed-use development on the site.
