Family Yoga Class

Join Katie Aissis of Sprouting Tree Yoga for a family yoga class!

Children and their grown ups will enjoy this special time to move, breathe, and play together. Families will learn and practice fun, effective strategies both on and off the mat for connecting and relaxing together.

This class is intended for all families and for children of all ages.

Please bring a mat or towel.
