Summary

Hopkinton police logged one arrest on charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operating under the influence of liquor. Officers also responded to several crashes and hit-and-run reports, including incidents involving buses, vehicles, and a dog that was struck by a white van.

Other notable calls included a missing-person report that ended when an elderly woman was found in Milford. Fraud complaints, downed wires, a split telephone pole, and a parked truck found unexpectedly in a backyard helped round out the week.
