On February 19, TT of Framingham was arrested on charges of assault and battery (A&B) on a police officer, A&B on ambulance personnel, A&B with a dangerous weapon, and making a bomb/hijack threat.

Other notable events included a minor motor vehicle accident near the I-495 ramp; reports of fraud/scam victimization and ongoing harassment via phone calls/FaceTime; a past motor vehicle accident on Constitution Ct.; and a report of suspicious activity that was confirmed to be an Eversource van on private property.

Additional responses during the period included a deer vs. vehicle crash; an odor of gas outside; multiple motor vehicle crashes without reported injuries (including a two-vehicle accident on Lumber St., a vehicle off the road on I-495 N, a crash into a pole); and a pellet stove ventilation issue that filled a home with smoke.

Officers also handled quality-of-life and administrative matters such as a loose dog returned to its owner, a DPW-related vehicle move, people observed on ice near Cedar St. (not in distress), an SUV stuck in a snowbank (gone on arrival), a lost car key report, a noise complaint between neighbors, a carbon monoxide (C/O) alarm activation, and a walk-in report of possibly being followed.
