Where’s are public safety? Yes you can do construction on your own property without a police detail but the safety fence clearly did not protect the public. It appears that the state road sign is all that kept the building from ending up in the middle of main st. What if a group of kid walking down town where walking there ? Eventually poor public safty will catch up to us! That sight should have a police detail for the duration the contractor has shown they can’t keep construction inside of the property.
Sure miss Robert’s HopNews coverage of town events. There would have been an article accompanying this, not just a photo. Guess posting all those obits takes up too much time. There is no other noteworthy news in town. Obviously the only place things are happening is in the cemeteries.

Preparing for the building of another “update” to our town ….The sidewalks and bike lane are hideous looking making traffic even worse . Can’t wait for the latest project to ruin our town further ….☹️
