1:43 am Officer Peter Booth arrested Adriana L. Bremermann, 40, of Church Street, Hopkinton, on Hayden Rowe Street and charged her with OUI Liquor and Child Endangerment while OUI.

Saturday, September 7, 2013
4:45 pm Officer Peter Booth arrested Saulo Floriano Dasilva, 27, of Worcester Road, Framingham, on West Main Street and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle With License Revoked as HTO and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.

10:35 pm Officer Matthew McNeil arrested David E. Lewis, 52, of Longview Drive, Milford, on South Street and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation and OUI Liquor.

Tuesday, September 10, 2013
9:02 pm A caller from Ash Street reported that heavy equipment was being operated again. Officer Aaron O'Neil responded and located the operator of an excavator who was attempting to shut the machine off for the night.
8:45 pm A caller from Ash Street reported that heavy equipment was being operated after the allotted hours. Officer Aaron O'Neil checked the area but could not locate any equipment being operated.
1:33 pm An employee from Claflin Place reported larceny from a bad check. Officer Patrick O'Brien responded to the suspects residence but no one was home.
9:01 am A caller reported that a Jeep was off-roading on Fruit Street. Officer Stephen Buckley responded and issued a verbal warning for marked lanes.
5:13 am A motorist reported that a person who seemed out of place was walking on Saddle Hill Road. Officer Robert Bielecki located the individual who was walking from Westborough to work on South Street.

Monday, September 9, 2013
6:33 pm A walk-in spoke with Officer Mathew McNeil regarding threats and harassment.
5:40 pm A Pond Street resident reported an on-going barking dog complaint.
2:15 am Officer Jacob Campbell spoke with an individual who was sleeping in his vehicle on Teresa Road.

Sunday, September 8, 2013
11:55 am A caller from Colella Farm Road reported that teenagers were making rude gestures and acting strangely. Officer Philip Powers checked the area with a negative find.
11:42 A Downey Street resident reported that a car with loud exhaust was traveling down her street. Officer David Shane spoke with the operator who was not speeding.
12:20 am A motorist reported that a pickup truck was stopped in the middle of the travel lane on Hayden Rowe Street with its high beams on, flashers on and the operator apparently passed out behind the wheel. Three officers responded and subsequently arrested a 40 year old female from Hopkinton and charged her with OUI Liquor and Child Endangerment while OUI,

Saturday, September 7, 2013
7:12 pm A caller from Deneen Road reported that an ATV was in the area using public roads. Officer O'Neil spoke with the operator who stated that he mot do it again.
9:41 pm A motorist reported an erratic operating Suburban type vehicle traveling down Wild Road. Officer William Burchard responded and located the individuals who were in the vehicle walking down the road.
4:07 pm Officer Peter Booth stopped a motor vehicle on West Main Street and Subsequently arrested a 27 year old male from Framingham and charged him with Operating a Motor Vehicle With License Revoked as HTO and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.
10:20 am A 911 caller reported that vehicles were parked on both sides of the access road going into the Fruit Street fields making it difficult to pass by. Officer Patrick O'Brien responded and advised that he issued six parking tickets.
7:44 am The owner of a Main Street business complained about traffic cones that were blocking the parking spaces outside of the business. Officer Patrick O'Brien responded and moved the cones away from the business.

Friday, September 6, 2013
3:02 pm A caller reported that she was out running on Wood Street and was chased by a very aggressive dog. The Animal Control Officer was notified.
1:55 pm A Bridgeton Way resident reported that her trash barrel was knocked over and had trash strewn all over the place.
12:45 pm A walk-in from Wood Street reported an on-going complaint about a neighbors dog running loose in her yard, being very aggressive and was concerned about her young children. The Animal Control Officer was informed of the situation.
6:54 am A resident of Clydesdale Lane reported that her trash was knocked over and strewn all over her property overnight.

Thursday, September 5, 2013
9:53 pm A 911 caller reported an erratic operator on South Street. Officer Matthew McNeil stopped the motor vehicle and subsequently arrested a 52 year-old male from Milford and charged him with Marked Lanes Violation and OUI Liquor.
7:51 pm A Fruit Street resident reported hearing several explosions or possible gunshots. Officer Gregg DeBoer checked the area with a negative find on any suspicious noises,
6:05 pm A caller from Hayden Rowe Street reported that his son's wallet and cell phone were stolen from his vehicle earlier in the day. Officer Gregg DeBoer responded and took a report.
4:07 pm A resident of Ash Street reported some construction work being done before hours this morning which woke him up.
1:42 pm A Teresa Road resident reported that a sick looking fox was in his backyard eating birdseed from his bird feeder. The Animal Control Officer was notified of the situation.

Wednesday, September 4, 2013
9:46 pm A caller from Main Street spoke with Officer Gregg DeBoer regarding larceny.
7:20 pm A walk-in spoke with Officer Gregg DeBoer regarding harassing phone calls that were possibly scams.
4:03 pm Officer Gregg DeBoer came upon a mailbox on Overlook Road that was damaged.
2:45 pm A walk-in from Glen Road spoke with Detective Timothy Brennan regarding fraud via telephone.
2:18 am The Ashland Police Department requested assistance with looking for a male party that was reportedly looking into vehicles and then going through them in the area of Union Street, Clark Street and Clyde Street. Officer Jacob Campbell responded to assist.

Tuesday, September 3, 2013
7:52 pm A 911 caller reported hearing several possible gunshots. Sgt. Michael Sutton checked the area with a negative find.
7:31 pm A caller reported that a motor vehicle had been parked at a West Main Street business for over a week. Officer William Burchard responded and obtained the vehicle's information.
7:27 pm A 911 caller reported that she was just almost hit by a speeding vehicle while crossing the roadway on Hayden Rowe Street. Sgt. Michael Sutton responded and spoke with the caller.
1:30 pm An Elm Street resident reported that they have been harassed via the telephone and Facebook for over a year now.
8:05 am The Upton Police Department reported that an elderly male was walking by the town line wearing red suspenders. Officer David Shane checked the area but did not locate anyone suspicious.
12:01 am A resident of Hayden Rowe Street reported that he just arrived home to discover that a vehicle had driven over his lawn and took out his mailbox.
