You’ll also learn about the extensive resources and support that is available for care partners and to help people with dementia have a fulfilling life. \nTurn your new understanding of dementia into practical action that can help someone with dementia living in our community. Actions can be as big or as small as you choose – because every action counts! Everybody can help make their community a safer and supportive place for people living with dementia and their care partners. \nPlease reserve your seats by calling the Hopkinton Senior Center (508) 497-9730.
