Hopkinton Police Incident Log for November 18, 2024

Published on

Two arrests occurred between November 12 and November 17. Mrs V.A. from Marlborough was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop for police on Nov 15; W.S. from Hopkinton was arrested for speeding and driving under the influence of drugs

This week, a resident reported her contractor illegally cashed $30,000 from her Home Depot account and a TT-unit crashing into a telephone pole on Grove Street. In addition, 100 cases were documented.

Officers responded to several community incedents from welfare checks to vehicles that looked out of place, and noise disturbance complaints. A few horses were found on Cross Street and corralled on November 16. Meanwhile, there was a microwave fire on Teresa Road and an active boat fire near Cedar Street that same week.

The police log suggests a host of community problems, from the mundane pursuit of traffic violations to environmental threats.
