Arrests

  • On July 22, Diego Maita Uzho of Chelmsford was arrested on charges of:
    • Unlicensed operations of motor vehicle
    • Possession of open container
    • Unregistered motor vehicle
    • Uninsured motor vehicle
  • On July 23, Joshua Hanson of Milford was arrested on charges of:
    • Straight warrant arrest
  • On July 28, Dorothy Costanza of Hopkinton was arrested on charges of:
    • Operation under influence – liquor
    • Resisted arrest

July 22

  • Caller reported her bank account was hacked via a laptop stolen a year ago.
  • Walk-in reported identity theft.
  • Animal control was informed of a bird stuck in a chimney on Eastview Rd.
  • Officers Buentello and O’Neil secured an apartment on Cedar St. after a neighbor called and stated the apartment is vacant but the doors were wide open.

July 23

  • Woman reported her vehicle was stuck in her parking lot overnight.
  • Officer Santoro extinguished smoke coming from a fire pit on College St. when no one was home.
  • Several officers and towns assisted the fire department with a fire alarm activation and smoke coming from a building on Revolutionary Way.
  • Walk-in reported a suspicious incident that occurred while out for a walk that morning.
  • Walk-in reported an abandoned bicycle deep in the woods.
  • Caller reported a child threw rocks at his windshield and broke it.
  • Officer Saletnik assisted someone whose neighbor was throwing fireworks into his driveway on East St.

July 26

  • Caller reported a vehicle and people near a trail head on Chamberlain St. and was concerned by how late it was. When officers Burchard and Quinzani responded the people had cleared out.
  • An elderly man called to say, “I can’t shut my gas off”, but was unable to answer more questions and did not answer on the call back.
  • Caller reported an ongoing vehicle complaint during commute hours on Clinton St. Officer Buentello took a report.
  • Officer Walker spoke with a walk-in about a relationship problem.
  • State PD was contacted about a box truck on 495 that was called in for spilling fuel.
  • Officer LaTour gave advise to a supervisor per request regarding an employee that was fired that day.

July 27

  • Officers Diaz and Ekross responded to a roll-over accident on Cedar St. with the fire department after several 911 calls reported the possible entrapment.
  • Caller reported an injured fox in the middle of Wood St.
  • An anonymous caller called concerned that emergency vehicles would not be able to get down South Mill St. due to vehicles parked on both sides of the road.

July 28

  • An individual called reporting an inside odor of gas in their house on C St. and their stove wasn’t working correctly.
  • US Customs requested information on a minor party. They wanted to ensure the father had permission to take the child out of the country for vacation.
  • Caller reported a rabid fox in her backyard on Wood St. Animal control was contacted.
