- Officer Walker assisted a caller with their flat tire on the side of the highway after AAA said they wouldn’t come.
- Caller reported there was an owl tangled in fishing line on Spring Ln. Animal Control was contacted.
- Animal Control reported they removed a raccoon from a building on Wood St.
- Caller reported a stolen backpack blower.
- Officer Saletnik assisted someone with an insurance/civil matter after they texted 911 about being charged for a vaccine.
July 30
- Caller reported an 18 wheeler backed into a stone wall on Winter St. causing damage. The driver got out of the truck and threw the rocks back onto the wall and didn’t seem to let the homeowner know about the incident. The caller reported the license plate of the vehicle.
- 911 caller reported they got into a road rage incident on West Main St. and a man in the other vehicle got out of his car and came at the caller aggressively. The man took off towards Upton.
- Officer Walker came across and goose or a turkey in the roadway.
- Caller reported a man-sized hole on Canterbury Ln. DPW was notified.
- Officer Walker checked on a solicitor that was reported for being aggressive.
July 31
- Officer Quinzani responded to a fire alarm activation on Ray St. It was found that the detector on the second floor was faulty.
- Walk-in reported a missing or stolen package.
- Caller reported her vehicle was struck while parked on her property on Hayden Rowe St.
August 1
- A homeowner was advised to evacute their house when the alarms were sounding but they couldn’t see any hazards. They were unsure if they were fire or CO detectors. The fire department responded.
- Officer Diaz responded to a caller that reported stolen items.
- Officer Buentello told construction workers to move a vehicle that was blocking the bike lane by Church St.
- Caller reported a missing 14 y/o autistic male.
- Caller reported a speeding vehicle nearly hit him on North St.
- 911 caller reported a vehicle all over the roads headed into town from Milford.
- Officer Ekross responded to a call reported a boat in the dark tubing. There was no boat when Ekross arrived.
August 2
- Officer Buentello asked the owner of a vehicle to move their car as it was parked in a bad spot by a stop sign on A St.
- Caller reported a possible elderly scam.
- Parks and Rec reported a group of people being aggressive by Sandy Beach. The parties moved along.
- Caller reported a suspicious male figure that was in the area by Holt St. the last couple nights. When approached, the man left and did not answer questions. The incident was logged.
- Officer LaTour issued parking citations on Lakeshore Dr.
- Woman reported a suspicious man walking up onto her back porch with a flashlight and bag.
August 3
- Caller reported the sidewalk was sinking in on Grove St. DPW responded.
- Animal Control got control of a Golden Retriever that was reported running around Wood St.
- Caller reported seeing a rabid young fox on Rocky Woods Rd. The caller mentioned their neighbors reported the same fox before.
August 4
- Caller reported her daughter has been missing for the past hour. Once authorities arrived at the residence they confirmed the daughter was found safe at a friends house.
- Officer Ziniti was informed to be on the look out for an aggressive jogger on Main St. after an incident was reported that occurred on Friday.
