Graduating Seniors pose with their Kindergarten Teacher

Published on

Yesterday, as Hopkinton High seniors were enjoying their traditional “Senior Breakfast”, several were treated to a visit from Lynn Rufo, their Kindergarten teacher. The seniors represent Ms. Rufo’s final class – she retired from teaching in 2011 – and she came back just to see them graduate.

“It was so emotional, and the kids were thrilled to see her,” said Christine Strickland, whose daughter, Kelly, was in the class.

As a token of their appreciation, the seniors came together to sign a composite photo of the class and later presented the gift to Ms. Rufo.

  1. I had Ms. Rufo aka Miss Talini (her maiden name) when I was in kindergarten in 1990-1991. She was amazing then too!
