Moving past charcoal exercises we will talk about graphite\, the range of pencils available\, and learn the steps on how to draw transfers from images to canvas. \nSkill Level \nAny level welcome\, but this program is particularly good for beginners and professionals. \nInstructor \nKeara McHaffie \nMaterials \nAll materials are included. \nAbout Keara \nKeara is a New England based artist who received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from The Art Institute of Chicago. Her work explores childhood memories and home life. She utilizes color in evocative ways to illustrate her experiences\, whether good or bad. She focuses on large scale oil paintings that revolve around constructed memories from her adolescence to adulthood. She will be receiving her Masters in Arts in Teaching and Learning of Art and Design\, from The Rhode Island School of Design in May 2025.
