HCA Members attend for free. \nAbout our Host: Sharon Broadley-Martin\, an associate professor in the Contemporary Writing and Production Department at Berklee College of Music. She is also an accomplished composer\, arranger\, and vocalist with numerous publications\, performances\, and recordings. Sharon is also the fun\, fabulous\, and fervent director of HCA’s community chorus\, the Treblemakers\, and a cappella group\, Harmony.

DESCRIPTION:Enter Stage Left Theater is excited to announce its winter 2025 musical production: Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka Jr. \nThe delicious adventures of Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory light up the stage in this captivating adaptation of Roald Dahl’s fantastical tale. Featuring the enchanting songs from the 1971 film\, in addition to a host of fun new songs\, Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka JR. is a scrumdidilyumptious musical guaranteed to delight everyone’s sweet tooth. \nDirected by Mary Scarlata-Rowe. \nNo auditions are required for the Jr. Ensemble. They will take part in an original candy-themed prologue\, and then be added in to select ensemble numbers of the main production. Rehearsals for Jr Ensemble (2nd-3rd grade) will be on Sundays only until the week prior to performances. Rehearsal times are scheduled to be 12:00-1:00 pm. Starting in January the Saturday rehearsals will be for a longer length of time. \nThe mandatory tech week is January 20–23. Performances will take place on January 24-26\, 2025 at the Hopkinton Middle School. \nThe production fee includes a show souvenir T-shirt and access to an online recording of the public performance.
